Frequently Asked Questions

Delete the app from your iPhone/iPod touch/iPad, then sync the device to your iTunes account. The app should reinstall on your device from your iTunes account. Launch the game to see if the issue still exists.

NOTE: There will be no additional charge for selecting "Buy App" in the iTunes store to download a previously purchased app.
