Restore purchase doesn't work
If you are seeing "In-App purchases unavailable" error dialog, please make sure the internet connection is available and In-App purchases enabled in restrictions.

If the problem persists, this is an iOS 8 bug that basically requires you to reboot the iOS device. Please do the following to resolve that problem.
  1. Remove the app from your device.
  2. Power down your iOS device.
  3. Power up your iOS device.
  4. Re-download the app from the AppStore.
  5. Launch the app and now both purchase & restore should be working ok now.
