Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms apply to every game and app published by Pixel Envision Limited ("we", "us"), including our games on Google Play and the App Store. In these terms, "app" means any of those games and apps. Please read them before you download or use one of our apps. By downloading or using an app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The store you got the app from has its own terms, such as the Google Play Terms of Service or Apple's Media Services Terms, and they apply too. If a game comes with its own terms, such as an end-user licence agreement, those apply to that game instead of these.

If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian. Our apps for young children are meant to be set up by a parent, who accepts these terms on the child's behalf.

Who we are

Pixel Envision Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09558675). Our registered office is Preston Park House, South Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 6SB, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@pixelenvision.com or through support.pixelenvision.com.

Using our apps

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use our apps for your own non-commercial use, on devices you own or control and as the store's rules allow. The apps and everything in them, including their art, music, text, characters and code, belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may not:

  • copy, sell, rent or redistribute an app or any part of it;
  • modify, decompile or reverse engineer an app, except where the law allows it;
  • use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with how an app works, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
  • use an app in a way that is unlawful or that harms other people.

Sharing screenshots, videos and streams of our games is welcome.

Purchases

Most of our games are free to download. Some of our apps for young children are paid downloads, with nothing else to buy inside them. Some of our free apps for young children, and some of our older games, offer in-app purchases. We don't offer subscriptions.

Paid downloads and in-app purchases are made and paid for through Google Play or the App Store, at the price shown there, including any taxes, and the store's terms on payment, refunds and cancellation apply to them.

  • Anything you buy in an app is a licence to use that content in the app. It has no value outside the app and can't be exchanged for money.
  • One-time purchases, such as unlocking more of an app, can be restored on your other devices of the same type that use the same store account. Items that are used up as you play can't be restored once used.
  • If something you bought doesn't unlock or doesn't work as described, contact us and we will fix it or help you get a refund.

Advertising

Some of our older games show ads from our advertising partners; our recent games don't. Where a game offers an optional ad in return for a reward, watching it is always your choice. Our apps for young children never show ads. Our Privacy Policy explains what data our partners use and how to limit ad tracking.

Updates and availability

We update our apps from time to time to fix problems, keep them working with new versions of iOS and Android, and add or change content. Some updates may be needed to keep using an app. We try to keep our apps working on current devices, but we can't promise that every app will work on every device or operating system version, or that we will keep an app available forever. If we stop offering an app, purchases you've already made keep working in the version installed on your device, as far as the store and your device allow.

Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information our apps and our partners collect and how to ask for it to be deleted.

Our responsibility to you

We make our apps with reasonable care and skill, and we are responsible for them matching their description. If you live in the UK or the European Union, you have legal rights as a consumer, for example if digital content is faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

If an app we supplied damages a device or digital content that belongs to you because we didn't use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or compensate you. We are not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, for damage you could have avoided by following our advice to install a free update, or for business losses, since our apps are for personal use.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending these terms

You can stop using an app at any time by deleting it. If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may end your licence to use the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the law changes or when we add new features. The date of the latest version is shown at the bottom of this page. If a change affects you significantly, we will tell you in the app or on this page before it takes effect.

Questions, complaints and the law

If you have a question or a problem with one of our apps, please email support@pixelenvision.com or open a ticket at support.pixelenvision.com, and we will do our best to put it right quickly.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
